I was engaged by Mr. Swift as an Expert Witness for his client. After providing my services on his client's behalf Mr. Swift failed to provide payment for same, as initially agreed upon. Mr. Swift did not respond to my communications and never provided any reason or rationale for his not providing payment...he simply ignored me and my repeated efforts. This more than merely suggests a lack of ethics, which, among other attributes, is required to practice law effectively and successfully. When it comes to legal representation, reputation is everything.
