I hired James Regan after he filled in for another attorney for me. Did not regret it. He handled my case basically for me, as I live out of state. I flew down once, for the initial appearance, then he took care of the rest. He pretty much did the impossible for me.

Back in 2020 I had a big customer go bankrupt on me, which inevitably made our company go bankrupt. Very scary times for us. Thankfully we were referred to Jon Martin as being the best in the business. We retained Jon Martin and saw the results of his service almost immediately. I remember very vividly sitting in Jon’s office and him telling me that everything was going to be okay and that bankruptcies are not nearly as scary as everyone thinks (I was very scared). Jon told me a story about a previous client that had claimed bankruptcy and had a situation similar to mine & after his discharge created a new business and went on to be incredibly successful. At first i was optimistic thinking the same thing would happen to me after having to claim chapter 7, but sure enough Jon was right I went on to create a new business and not make any of the mistakes I made the first go around. One of the best things about Jon is that he truly cared about my situation and fought having to claim bankruptcy on my behalf to all my creditors for months on end, having Jon in my corner was truly a breath of fresh air. Jon assisted in every aspect of creditors coming after us & through the process of filing for bankruptcy. The process was incredibly smooth and Jon was there right by my side to help the whole way through. All around he made the situation very easy and still to this day helps on legal advice and business advice. Would recommend Jon to absolutely anyone that finds themselves needing a bankruptcy attorney. Even after 2 years post bankruptcy Jon and I talk every month or so to catch up and I couldn’t thank him enough for how much he helped me and my family. A+++ Thanks Jon!!!!

when it came to crunch time he stepped up to the plate. Asked all the right questions had all the facts in line and knew exactly how to shut down an Un necessarily aggressive prosecutor. Highly recommended. 👍

If I could give this fraud zero stars I would! One of the most disposable repulsive human beings I’ve ever dealt with. Do not use as your attorney as this guy is a scam and works with other attorneys to benefit his own pocket at the expense of his clients! Shocking how this fraud is able to practice law in state of Florida!
