You can't get the man to call you back you can never leave a message cuz the mailbox is full apparently he doesn't have a secretary he's very unprofessional at this point

If you're looking for a lawyer who gets the job done, fast and effectively, choose Todd Stern. I was a passenger in a car that was sideswiped by another vehicle that left me with neck and back injuries. The insurance company denied they were responsible and downplayed my injury. They offered me a laughably small amount of money for my case. I was then referred to Todd Stern and things took a turn for the better. Todd called and we had a thorough discussion about my case and you could tell Todd cared and listened . He knew exactly what the problem was with my neck and recommended which doctors to see to get me out of pain. He then filed suit and the other side denied they were at fault. Todd was able to force the other side to legally admit they were at fault, as he was able to skillfully argue my case and forced the two insurances involved to pay a settlement that has changed my life. He is incredibly good at what he does as a lawyer. He was thorough, listened to all my concerns, made a plan with me, and executed it perfectly. I can't thank Todd enough for all he has done. Where do I begin? My case was complicated. I had two accidents 27 days apart. In the first accident, I was rear-ended at a red light. The car had virtually no property damage to the eye, but I was injured badly. The second accident was a head-on collision, causing new injuries, and the injuries from the first accident worsened. Both drivers had little or no insurance, and I had to fall back on my own uninsured motorist coverage. You would think since you’re dealing with your own insurance company, that you would be treated well, especially since you have been with them since 1994. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I was hurt, and my own insurance company offered me virtually nothing. That’s where Todd Stern comes in. He thoroughly analyzed my case, legally and medically. He filed suit. He made sure all my medical issues were being addressed. He spoke with my doctors, got me the surgeries I needed by very qualified physicians, and helped me put my life back together again. You could tell during my deposition that the opposing attorney had a lot of respect for him. I cannot overstate how much I recommend Todd Stern. My case was complicated because I was involved in two car accidents 5 months apart. It was difficult to prove which injuries occurred from each accident. Each driver from each accident wanted to blame the other. Mr. Stern plotted out a strategy where we were able to prove who caused what and forced each side to pay substantial damages for the damage they caused. Nothing escaped Todd. He really pushed hard for me and was very effective. He was aggressive, persuasive and forceful with the other side but always remained the utmost professional. I’m a professional collegiate softball umpire and Todd Stern is a perennial All-star Hall of Fame Player in the World of Personal Injury Lawyers and you need to consider yourself fortunate that you have a man this talented and at this level to represent you. He exceeded my wildest expectations in my automobile accident case and got me more money than I ever thought possible. He got me through the lawsuit process fully prepared. I have never experienced anyone with Todd Stern's professionalism, talent, and will to win before. I was involved in a bad motorcycle wreck. There were three individuals in the other car and no other witnesses. They all said it was my fault. Todd Stern went to work, and was able to prove scientifically, by evidence, investigation, and by hard questioning of the defense, that the crash was their fault and I was blameless. The insurance company initially made no offer to settle, but by the time Todd Stern was through with them, they paid, and paid big. Todd was the ABSOLUTE BEST.......I called him my Bulldog, first off he and his staff actually return your phone calls, keep you informed of progress of case and really DO CARE. I have never seen someone who went "ALL IN" for anyone the way that Todd did for me, he dug and dug until every stone was turned and then some. He even set Florida Case Law in my case, his staff is so AWSOME!!!! After my auto accident with an errant taxi, I was referred to Todd Stern by the Fran Haash Law Group. The insurance company was based out of NY, and had been dragging their heels paying for auto repairs and medical bills. But once Todd took over my case, things started happening very quickly. He filed summons, petitions, demands, objections… very timely and very aggressively representing my case. Every step of the way, Mr. Stern was on the phone with me keeping me informed of what was happening and what I could expect. He is confident, experienced, consistent and persistent. In the depositions, he kept the defense attorneys on their heels. During mediation, he stood his ground until the defense gave in and settled for a substantial amount. His assistants Lisa and Judy were both wonderful to work with. Lisa coordinated between my different physicians and hospitals, negotiated their astronomical bills down to the bare minimum expense, and was always available to take my calls to provide me with real time updates as things occurred. Judy was in constant communication with me, as well, emailing documents that needed signatures and explaining what everything meant in layman’s terms. I had the pleasure of meeting both ladies and thanking them in person. I am very pleased with the outcome of my personal injury case.
