Did a great job.

Went in for a free consult- was seen about 40 minutes later than scheduled. That’s really not a big deal. The entire time I’m talking to this guy, he’s clipping his fingernails. Dead serious. I got the opportunity to ask two questions and his responses were “did you hear what I said” and “are you even listening to me”. He told me that he assumed I just wanted info to handle things myself (you’re wrong, Dean). He then quoted me an outrageous retainer fee and told me that everything I have filed in my case so far was done wrong. Pretty impressed he would know that without even looking at anything I had. It’s just wrong because he said so I guess. This guy comes across as incredibly toxic. I never felt so pushed out of someone’s office after being quoted almost $6,000 (“I take credit cards if that makes it more comfortable, hurderhur”). I ended up hiring someone else who actually took the time to listen to me, quoted me way less, and expressed genuine interest in helping me. Also the petition I filed turned out to be completely correct for what I’m trying to do.
