If I said this law firm was a joke it might actually be a complement. We were referred over for a stucco lawsuit. While we understand this process takes time it is the way this was handled is the problem. After a year of waiting we figured we would file for litagation. All of the paperwork was pulled and ready to file. On that day I was told the attorney wanted to speak with me. On that call I was told that he spoke to opposing counsel and had a settlement offer about 5k less than I wanted but I would have the funds in 30 days. Here we are 6 months later and still no funds and have gone through 5 legal assistants with the same reply. We are just waiting for opposing counsel. Really that was 6 months ago when was the last you heard from them? Well hard to say all the prior people didn't update the notes correctly and that is why they are not here any longer. Been trying to get answers on why I was told the funds would be 30 days and wanting to speak to the attorneys and he is always booked with court cases. Company is honestly very disorganized and no one knows what is going on and if they do they don't let their front line reps know.

My son was injured by a hit and run driver and even though he video recorded the driver fleeing from the scene as he called 911 (had that 911 call as well) he sustained a lifelong back injury and after 5 years of litigation, he received a whopping $1,000 for his injury… he probably could have received more compensation if he represented himself and he’s not even an attorney! Call Morgan and Morgan instead.

As of right now, I will leave my review as pending. We have a current case and currently I feel like this rating is where the firm is at. Will update with details and updated review once the case is settled.
