Got in contact for a simple matter hoping for them to be able to write me a demand letter or at least give me a little help and assistance with my situation. First got in touch May 16 and sent all my information over same day and spent my time organizing and compiling all my information for them to be able to easily see it all. They reached out the next day and asked if I would be available for a meeting on the 26th of May, 10 days later. After getting in touch with them over the phone they still had no idea what my case even was, because they hadn't even taken the time to review it. After wasting my time on a 30 minute phone call (That they were an hour late to) explaining everything that was already clearly listed and labeled in their portal, they told me that they would reach out soon and would give me a list of options that are available for my situation. It is over two weeks later now and I haven't heard from them, not a single message or resource. I was able to resolve the situation on my own with zero help from them whatsoever. I would not recommend using them for any matters unless you have time to grow old and wait while they get paid to waste your time.
