I just spoke with this Office about a class action lawsuit that I wanted to start. They denied it and these guys are supposed to be big on class action lawsuits but they did not want to pursue this one. They would not give a reason they just said they won’t assist. So they are a waste of time when it comes to class action lawsuits

After a bad accident Mr Roebig was like a family member and was super helpful .Tommy had my family While my family was in disbelief and I was out.

Never trust a Floridian lawyer, never trust a Floridian, never trust a lawyer, never trust someone named Tammy who was working on my case at FlorinRoebig. And this case was so bungled, really bad communication, and then dropped the case with no help after it was too late to start over. I was really sick and got no interaction once my case was dropped.

We engaged Florin and Roebig to help us with our Hurricane Ian claim. Our insurance company gave us less than the deductible when we had almost $35,000 of damage. Florin and Roebig got us the full amount of our claim. Everyone we worked with at Florin and Roebig were very professional and easy to work with. The only drawback was everything moved very slowly, but this could be because this was our first time engaging an attorney to take on an insurance company.

I didn’t know this law firm before my case. They were the only ones that would even take my case and they are literally across the state from me. With that said, man they got to work and boy they worked hard and were there answering calls and emails and texts letting me know about everything that was happening with my case. This firm truly delivered. After my insurance company offered me a ridicules amount to settle the hurricane damage , Florin Roebig stepped in and got the job done. They were thorough, punctual and answered all of my questions. They made the process easy and most importantly negotiated for the full amount we were asking.

In 67 years this is the first time I needed an attorney for a contractual issue. I called a bunch of law firms an no one wanted to touch my case except Florin Roebig. We worked together to get the information they needed and they took it from there. They were always available for calls and updates when I asked.
The settlement went smoothly and effectively to my advantage. The payment was prompt and easy. There was no "nickel and diming" for frivolous expenses.
