The Fran Hassch Law group is amazing. I was in a motorcycle accident a few years ago and Fran and her team did a great job helping me. I highly recommend using her for any personal injury laws you need.

Big thanks to Fran and her team for always supporting events in and around Tampa Bay. This past weekend our Combat veterans Motorcycle Association (CVMA) chapter held a Veterans Awareness and Appreciation event at Peggy's Corral. Edit: I received a phone call and a follow up today regarding this incident and a sincere apology and I'm really hoping they are able to put into place a couple extra steps to avoid this in the future. Thank you for making an extra effort to reach out and address this personally. It is greatly appreciated. Posting under a different name because I already know how this will go I reached out in JANUARY about possibly CONSIDERING this law firm to represent me. Was asked what happened, was told someone would call me back. No call. Called the next day, same thing. Got sick of being ignored and contacted a different law firm. My case is now fully settled and awaiting payout since the other person was 100% responsible. Suddenly today, over 3 MONTHS LATER, I get a certified letter telling me that they 'regret to inform me they have decided not to take my case or represent me'. A 10 second call 3 months ago would have worked just as well. Absolute dumpster fire. I went with McPherson and Thomas and they were phenomenal. Would absolutely never reccomend this firm to anyone ever.

I used Fran in the past. Did an amazing job with my accident and I recommend her anytime I get.

Update:3/22/24 I am still waiting…. The only reason they even deserve a star is because Maria helped me in the end. Horrible experience I do not recommend at all. I had to fight the entire time No one cared about my case. It got so bad I was calling Doctors offices myself to confirm paper work and things were being sent over. I would not be doing this if Feburary did not go so bad. I got in an Accident April 2023. Fast fwrd Oct/November This is when it gets very bad I finish Therapy. Demand letter goes out nov 9th. Did not get anywhere with the case until January 2024. I was then told maybe January 7th and I quote “Give me 30 days I will have this done and the check will be ready”. February 8th comes I call him his response “we are no where near ready I did not notice we didn't pay any of your medical bills I did not notice they were not paid” Ended up having to get a partial check thanks to Maria. It is Now March 6th and I they are apparently still trying to get the last Medical bill figured out. I was told my case was a “rare case where everything goes bad”. I really thought it was a good company but they treated me like I didn't matter the entire time. It was so bad Manager spoke with me and eliminated some of the lawyer fees. Do not recommend
