Outcome was decent staff who knew what they were doing it was hard to get return phone calls at times not to mention they completely forgot about my case for an entire month LOL that was their words not mine. Fran is an awesome attorney however their rates at the end were a little bit excessive. Fran does wonderful things for the community I would recommend going back here again
