If you have been in an accident, choose this firm. My girlfriend and I were the victims of a serious car collision. We went to Carpenter and Czelusta. Attorney James Carpenter fought for us every step of the way and ultimately got both me and my girlfriend settlements we were more than happy with. I dont recommend my lawyer Tyrone only cared about money. After my retainer ran out he was hard to reach, communicating became difficult even though I was paying as I go deadlines were missed papers wasn't filled when they should. It was a horrible experience. Felt like my case was not important just like the others.
