Sincerely find another law firm. With no hesitation and high rates at $400 an hr. High retainer no action. Ty Zdravko firm has failed. Has failed miserably at repesenting my case. Failed on multiple occasions from the start. When you bring your concerns to his attention as he's unprepared in a time where is most crucial he gas lights you and moves Doesn't prepair for your case goes in blind. Refuses to file motions in a timely manner better yet not at all where needed and asked. He's not diligent where he needs to and sits at idle with your case. Unprepared for court dates times and changes in case management so much so he's reaching out to attoneys that are no longer on the case; inwhich his client had to tell him as he is on the phone with the wrong attoneys office. No responses from him on multiple occasions via phone,via email. Extremely unresponsive and takes vacations and then will drop you 72hrs prior to going into a deposition. After having set dates for depositions. He sets pre trial conference to get billable hrs instead of pushing forward for the best interest of a child and family always a delay for your case progress and not keep the case moving forward. Doesn't file for contempt hearings where it's pertinent. Unprofessional, not tenacious and can't fight for you; in the time of need. Office is clearly understaffed Beth has always been a pleasure working with and as always been more informative then the actual attoney Ty. But you need to be stern in order to get a response all while paying for a high end attoney. An attoney who's cares solely on the out come of his views (old and traditional) views in a modern world. Doesn't set time aside to collaborate on the best interest of the case at hand but will bill for contacting an unresponsive party and bill for that as well. All while your relationship with your child gets tarnished as people use the system in there favor. Strongly recommend Fathers and mothers to rethink prior to retaining this firm.

So far this office am has been very patient with me and gave me time to explain everything to them without rushing me.many may not say but it means a lot to clients!

Ty Zdravko has been my attorney for the past 5 years. I was referred to him by a friend who looked me in the eyes and said “No doubt, you will thank me later!” Since then, I have pointed multiple friends to him who have been just as impressed. Ty Zdravko is a first-class attorney. He would never ask a client to write a review, because classy people don’t do that. I remember telling him back in 2018 that my hope was that these matters would be accomplished amicably and he replied with “Absolutely, but we must win!” He is a saint with a whole lotta fight in him. At one point, I wanted to prolong the various proceedings and he gently revealed the logic to me, which I very much appreciated. Due to circumstances out of my control, I have been forced to hire him at various times to represent me in court. Beth, Ty’s paralegal, is the most compassionate and friendly woman as well. She was always reassuring and confident that I could rest knowing I hired the best attorney in town. I am eternally grateful for their professionalism, phenomenal work, knowledge and kind treatment toward me during this time. Trust me when I say, this is your attorney!!

Tyrone is the most cold and cunning person I’ve encountered since my ex wife. He only cares about one thing, MONEY 💰 His values are to protect his client regardless if they themselves are the ones that is bringing the harm to children, he just stands by very Hilterish with the option that he’s doing his job. You could of always backed down. Maybe we need to realign your core values on what’s important in life. Supporting narcism and parent alienation is not one of a commendable act. May God serve you right when it is your time for judgement! May all the other fallen angels surround you, and take you to the darkest, deepest pits of hell! Where you belong. There’s no place for people like you here. Our children are not for sale and are to not be used as pawns for your gimmicks. I’m curious what pain bodies you have created to be such a heartless person?
