He took care of the immediate need of an eviction (related to this situation), and then conducted a thorough discovery of the situation which uncovered serious financial elder abuse. The discovery, being of a financial nature, was painstaking and detailed; expertise in elder law was essential; knowledge of criminal law and it's nuances necessary; Mr. Herzog provided all this and more, as well as representing me in the estate's interest at numerous court hearings and pre-trial conferences. I could not have navigated the process from discovery to eventual case moving to the State Attorney without the efficiency and persistance of Mr. Herzog. He and his staff were professional, candid, and quickly available throughout. I'm pleased to say we did find justice for my family and equally pleased to give Attn.
