Very professional I recommend highly

I would not recommend. In the beginning when your case is first taken on there is a lot of communication but after that its impossible to get ahold of anyone. My case was settled and I found of via the M&M App notification and didn't even receive a call. Not sure what they negotiated on my behalf since I hadn't spoken to anyone in 5 months and my Dr. said they never even requested my medical records prior to settling. Called for months and left voicemails just to not have them returned. Only time there was communication was when they took my case and wanted me to sign off on their check.
