Two months ago I was struck by a car on my bicycle. I called Morgan and Morgan. COSTLY MISTAKE. After being led to believe we had a good case, and going to several doctors, MRIs, Xrays (per their advice) they told me two months later they weren't taking the case. Evidently the video from the scene (which they should have had very quickly) showed me not slowing to a stop (despite cross walk flashing lights being on) so they would no longer pursue my case as the insurance does not want to pay. Now I have prob 10-15K worth of medical bills I will be responsible for that they recommended. Their "expertise" should have led them to this conclusion (which I still don't agree with...I was struck by a car in a lit crosswalk area) well before I went through all these bills. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR LEGAL COUNSEL. BIGGER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER

I wasn't pleased with the case manager. I feel like I was treated as a generic motor vehicle accident victim and she wasn't listening to my concerns .The communication was not the best

Very assertive and attentive to my son's case. Still in the process so I guess we'll have to wait and see.
