Case manager Patrick Spoonhour has a smart mouth and appears to mask his unprofessional ways. In the first initial of gathering things he was okay. But when I had questions he felt he had rightfully communicated with Mei, he wasn't as nice. He felt the need to educate me that I don't know how his job works. I was offended and he stated he was giving me a lesson. Well I'm very educated with a Masters Degree and Bachelors degree. I just needed to get from him what step was he at and how he was approaching my case. There must be better professional case managers at Morgan and Morgan who will walk you through each process of your individual case and discuss the ups and downs and keep you better informed of EVERYTHING up to the finalizing. I didn't get that from Patrick Spoonhour. After he got documents from me he needed he slipped into a black hole. I did an online complaint and NO one STILL has contacted me. What a deal breaker for me. He had tainted the name of Morgan and Morgan. A great family business. They are supposed to be "For the People".

Was denied for disability the 3rd time with Morgan and Morgan, and they just dropped my case. Didn't consult me about trying again. Just dropped me like a hot pancake. Would give minus stars if I could.

Not very helpful and didn't care to listen to understand until I broke it down that he was saying what I said just in different words

I really wanted to trust in the firm's reputation but I recieved 5 phone calls and spoke with 8 different people and none were able to break this loop and get me to a consultation. I requested to be removed from all lists, it's unfortunate. Hopefully others have better luck.

After being off work due to falling at work I have spent close to 7 months off work without pay. After contracting workman's comp I was contacted by there law firm . Offering to do all they can to help me in my time of need.
