I called to hire his services and spoke to two ladies on two separate occasions within 3 weeks and explained my case. They told me he does do tenant law and that he would call me back an never heard back from anyone at this firm.

Well....this was almost two years ago. I had a friend over to my house, to do some work. This person was looking around the home and said to me, "Who is getting the house if your dad passes away?" I'm going to get it. It's in his will. She said, "That doesn't stand up in court. You'll have to go to probate court. And if you have brothers and sisters....they'll fight you for it." So I have lawyers, I called and made and appointment to do a short sale deed. They scheduled me to come and get it done two weeks afterwards. I told my friend that I got an appt. two weeks from then.....she was adamant about getting it done way before then. Verras' office called me in at that time. It was Friday, July 11th. I rushed to Palm Harbour, 7:30p on a Friday. I walked in.....they were ready!!! A notary, some one to type out the deed and a witness. Done. Early that Saturday morning, my daddy passed away, 4:00 that morning. End of my story. One more thing...the deed was valid. Thank you Verras Law. And thanks to entire staff. Blessings. During the final month of my father's life while I was in extreme emotional pain I found myself in need of legal help for Power of Attorney and other medical documents. Mr Verras and Mrs McCall were attentive to my case, patiently explaining what needed to be done and what I should expect. The pandemic prolonged matters but they kept me up to date as matters progressed. I am quite pleased with their work.
