My house was in foreclosure, and I was deep in financial woes with both my mortgage company and my homeowner's association. Initially I was going to let the property go at the encouragement of others I consulted with who made me feel like it was the best option, but it was my primary and only residence. I called the Law Offices of Daryl L Jones out of almost desperation, and from my initial call, even before I became a paying client, this team worked with me and made me feel as though I was never on my own. I was able to work through the financial issues I had with both the HOA and the mortgage company with them guiding me every step of the way, even encouraging me to use options which was necessary, but I was too stubborn to see- which would have prevented all this in the first place.
