Called to schedule a free consultation regarding my potential medical case. Front desk lady said that someone will contact me to get more details about my case and discuss my situation. In 3 days received email which said “After one of our attorneys carefully reviewed the information provided on your intake it is our decision that we will not be able to assist you in this matter”. I don’t understand what “careful review” means because I provided zero details about my situation. So, they didn’t even try. And seems like they didn’t want to try. Very disappointed.

I have nothing but great things to say about this Law firm, specially about Marcus ( he was the lawyer who took over my case) I was in a car accident last year, I was rear ended when I was a complete stop, my vehicle was totaled, my back, my neck and my left shoulder were in misery for days and months, I had to go to physical therapy, chiropractor, massage therapist, medical bills galore, but thankfully I had a great team of lawyers behind me, taking care of all the paper work, going back and forth with the insurance companies ( that’s not an easy job) and always keeping me updated, Marcus was always making sure that I was feeling good with the way he was handling things, checking on me to see if my therapies were working, always consulting me before any decision they had to make, always making me feel confident that we were going to win my case and that they were always fighting for what I deserved and for what it was best for me. Today July 12, 2024 exactly a year and 2 months after my accident, we closed this chapter, we won my case, all my medical bills were paid, I’m a little under the weather and Marcus came all the way to my house to meet up with my husband and I and I can’t be anymore thankful to him everyone behind him at Perry and Young, for their wonderful work and dedication to their clients.
