Unprofessional and rude behavior towards potential clients
“Rude ... stereo types perspective clients over the phone claiming they don't have enough money to retain him before he even knows the details... what is it my voice that makes me sound poor ? Because I'm a girl I sound poor? Because I'm not a country hick I sound poor? Save your money he knows law like a chicken farmer knows computer software”
