Where do I start ,the virga law firm has been with me through a long divorce and a complicated custody case, they were always there always professional and caring through ever step, their lawyers are very versed and knowledgeable, very strategic with their approach knowing exactly when to be on the offence and when to negotiate, the results speak for themselves as I have full custody of my kids even though my wife tried every trick in the book to take them away and move to a different state. Financially hiring them was the best decision ever, it is a straight forward process and gave me a clear idea how much I needed to budget. I highly recommend them and I have done so multiple times over the years to many friends and family.

***STAY AWAY***FALSE REVIEWS*** After nearly 2 years with no progress on my divorce case, I had to fire Mr Virga’s law firm and finish the case myself. The attorney and staff they assigned to my case was completely incompetent, their only goal was to use deceptive tactics to prolong the case far more than necessary to extort their monthly fees for as long as possible. BEWARE

Chad is amazing and very quick to respond to you. He is very patient with you and talks you through the process of what is going on.

Probably one of the worst experiences with lawyers I have ever seen. Not only did I watch my significant other drain his accounts on their monthly payments even when they didn't touch the case for months with the excuse of covid ( the mail never closed papers could have been sent) but they were never prepared in mediation or any aspects of the case. In fact due to forwarded emails from the other party we even see where the lawyer conversed with them giving them assistance when they are the opposing party. They did not fight for me in any since. When I first brought these concerns up the owner was great and stepped in but the actual lawyer slipped off again after a couple weeks. He never returned calls or emails, never submitted documents until the owner was called all while paying their monthly fee. They drug our case on longer by not being efficient and they cost us thousands more than was necessary. The owner said they would refund a portion of the fees due to these discrepancies that he would take it up with their finance department but of course the final judgement was completed a month ago and nothing has been returned. If you want a competent attorney do not use CHRIS at this law firm. He will be the worst mistake you make in your case. We ended up settling just to shut the other party up and to get out of the constant monthly payments when nothing was being accomplished.

Everyone at this law firm was very helpful and worked fast and friendly. Working to help with any and all questions or concern, for the best solution in my family's case. Highly recommend. Thank you all for your time. God bless you 🙂

Very bad experience. Had to pay up front after appointment was made with Mr. Virga and promises were made about time frame which were not held. My case was handed to a different lawyer whom I didnt get to see until after more than one request. Had to demand to see the lawyer in person that was asigned to my case. Information that I requested was not included in the documents that were finally prepared after long delays. I did not even get to see the prepared documents to get my OK, they were just sent in to court and it was not what I wanted. I had them drop my case in court and I went to court myself and got the required divorce packet, filled it out myself, my ex signed the papers, and we had our own divorce done in court by ourselves. No money was ever returned from the law firm for doing a sub standard job!
