It was a pleasure working with Mr Bruner and his staff. They walked with me thru the entire process with patience, care and always had the time to spend with me.

I enjoyed working with Vincent and Sam so much. They took on my case and went full force with it. I had no worries, all I needed to do was to show up to my appointments. I appreciated them just simply checking up on my throughout the year and a half worth of treatments for my case. I felt so at ease and the fact that they didn’t just treat me like a “case” but as an actual person. We got everything plus more at the end of it all and I am so happy. Joe Lancos and his team are nothing short of amazing. I was in a situation where an insurance company was attempting to wear me down and even used some bulkish tactics. With a bright smile, Joe said, don't you worry. As long as you're with me, I'm with you. That is exactly what he did. He and his team a stayed on top of the case and never backed down. I worked with Joe and his staff in Panama City, and let me say, they were awesome. They helped me get the most reasonable outcome out of a bad situation. Nobody really wants to be in an accident that causes pain suffering and more stress than we already have in our daily lives, but he and his assistants were there every step of the way until we reached our settlement which was very reasonable.
