Ebonnie was sympathetic to and seemed to understand my situation of needing flexibility due to the fact I am crunched for time between being a caregiver to my Father who was recently hospitalized and is still in recovery and my career. The accident added another whole layer of pain, difficulty and concern for our entire family. I appreciated her time in trying to walk me through the process and sharing tools that may be helpful in our situation like zoom meetings.

I Had previous spoken with a "Walter" and he was most efficient but i was missing so, me information, when I called back Ms Maradiaga took my call, she was plesant and professional, but im hearing impaire,d and had difficulty hearing her and her heavy accent, information, Walter assigned me a #INT-14860663, and when i called back with information, was talkingwith Ms Maradiaga, she was quiet plesant and professional, im hearing impaired, and I had difficulty understanding and hearing her, she took my information and stated someone would review my case to see if I qualified for ligation, that was on Friday.
