Por mi parte Pienso que la entrada inicial de servicio marca mucho la diferencia y debería tener más conocimiento de los servicios corporativos y procedimientos que ofrecen para que le indiquen a uno desde el inicio así como le Envían a uno un montón de documentos para firmar que debe ser hay mismo y ni siquiera en español sin uno poder leerlos con tiempo y ustedes si se Toman el tiempo para dar una respuesta… en mi caso nada sabía que tocaba esperar a que me llamaran el abogado asignado y hasta la fecha de hoy no he recibido ninguna llamada ni respuesta para que me indiquen cómo es el Proceso solo me envían encuestas de satisfacción digan a uno de todo pero no le saben dar a uno respuestas y hasta la fecha solo me llegan encuestas para calificar satisfacción pero ningún agente se comunico con migo para explicar proceso

We hired Morgan & Morgan after being in an accident (not our fault) and we were extremely lucky to get Attorney Nicole Blais and her very capable, efficient, wonderful, genuinely kind and caring, understanding case manager, Sandra Resmondo assigned to our case. They took us all the way through the process. Made sure we got the proper medical care, plain and simplethe took care of everything and got us a settlemet that was the max we could receive under Florida Law. Quite truthfully I don't know for sure what would have happened if we hadn't hired them because the insurance company was telling us they didn't have to pay anything, and we had a bunch of medical bills we certainly could not have paid off. So without them we would have ended up with alot of medical bills that would have taken a very long time to pay off. So in short if you it get in an accident that is not your fault do yourself a favor and call Morgan & Morgan.
