My attorney was CHRIS MELENDEZ. I retained Chris when my child's mother filed a domestic violence injunction against me. Pure allegations got a temporary injunction put into place. Chris was an absolute professional the entire duration as my attorney & HE WAS ACCESSIBLE. I could actually get a response back within the same workday by email (though longer would have been understandable). That was unexpected due to my previous experience with a few attorneys from different law firms in the past. I was impressed by his ability to use critical thinking to expose my ex-wife's false accusations. He never seemed nervous or flustered. He never promised me anything or made guarantees which I appreciated. I truly believe that Chris did such an incredible job, that the Judge had no choice but to side with us because it would have been overturned in an appeal. If you need an attorney get Chris Melendez from The Virga Law Firm. He's the best attorney I've ever retained, he was able to get my case dismissed.

I absolutely hate the way this law firm conducts business. I was a client for 6 months and spoke with my attorney exactly 0 times! They don't call, they don't explain things. If they need to speak to you they send a note through their stupid Clio system and ask you to call them. Not worth it, find a lawyer that will help not just take your money!

Been working with this firm since 2019, this week, after they sent me all my documents, and I signed them, and they sent me copies of my signed documents, they called to tell me they couldn't take my case, they had too many caseloads, I was very disappointed that they didn't tell me this earlier instead after I had read and signed all the paperwork. I did have to ask for my consultation refund which they did honor that for me. I suggest if you have them for your attorney you be sure to ask what their caseload is like before you think they are going to be available for you. Now having to start over, but for some reason its meant to be for me not to use this firm.

Mr. Virga is easily one of the best attorneys in town. I found him through a law professor friend of mine who suggested to only find lawyers that are listed on superlawyers.com. I was in a really bad place in my divorce with my first attorney and then I called Mr. Virga. This man works around the clock for his clients. With all of his stellar accolades, I honestly didn’t expect someone with a calm and kind demeanor. Don’t let that fool you though, this guy is efficiently aggressive and exactly what I needed. I’ve been in a long custody battle with every kind of fight you can imagine in a divorce and I needed an attorney who could be 5 steps ahead. He really adds a personal layer of protection for the client and the children involved. I’m so glad my friend recommended him, I’ll recommend him to anyone. You will not regret choosing Mr. Virga, I’d recommend him to anyone.

I had a nasty neighbor who video recorded me walking my dog on a public street, and ended up submitting a petition for a restraining order against me for stalking. Against all reasonable standards of logic, and with total disregard for the law Judge Jennie Kinsey ruled in her favor, and I had a dvi issued against me for a year. Ms Hadley worked extremely hard for me. She (along with everyone else) knew that the judge got it wrong, and submitted a request for reconsideration (which judge Kinsey promptly denied) that my appellate lawer says really strengthened my appeal. The judge got it wrong on so many counts, but I'm certain it'll be overturned. Update 10 may 2019 - As expected the appellate court unanimously reversed Judge Jennie Kinsey’s kangaroo court ruling, and noted she abused her discretion on numerous counts.

At this moment I am waiting on a ruling from my final trial. I do not know the outcome, but I am glad I had/have Robert Boyette as a lawyer. When you hire a lawyer you've decided to fight, and you pray that your lawyer can be brutal enough to push for what you're hoping to achieve. You don't think about all of the other stuff, especially if you've never hired one before. Well as it turns out, lawyers have to think 150,000 steps ahead, after taking in "your bigger picture" and retain a stance to cover of all bases, in front of a whole network of other people who have to think the same exact way. Mr Boyette is smart. He thinks ahead. He makes you feel comfortable, and he checks up on you when you need to be checked up on. He's fair in his explanations to the client of what to realistically expect. He has shown me that there are a lot of human qualities that are important in and out of court, that sometimes is easy to forget about when you're trying to fight for your family. He also definitely has a witty and strong argument side that impressed me. He has a great sense of humor and an assistant that is out of this world as well. Truth, facts and evidence are what are essential in a court case. I can testify that it is absolutely true that Mr Boyette and his team were the right choice for me, and my family. It is a fact that during trial, I could not have had a better human being to help me through the stress and weight of it all. The evidence is in the satisfaction and support that I have because of Mr Boyette and Mrs Deb Hoey. If I ever need help again with a family court situation, I will hire Mr Boyette again.
