I absolutely hate the way this law firm conducts business. I was a client for 6 months and spoke with my attorney exactly 0 times! They don't call, they don't explain things. If they need to speak to you they send a note through their stupid Clio system and ask you to call them. Not worth it, find a lawyer that will help not just take your money!

Mr. Dingus is very professional and gets the job done. We use him for family law to represent my husband during custody hearings. He was very effective and got the results he wanted. We will be using him again.

Been working with this firm since 2019, this week, after they sent me all my documents, and I signed them, and they sent me copies of my signed documents, they called to tell me they couldn't take my case, they had too many caseloads, I was very disappointed that they didn't tell me this earlier instead after I had read and signed all the paperwork. I did have to ask for my consultation refund which they did honor that for me. I suggest if you have them for your attorney you be sure to ask what their caseload is like before you think they are going to be available for you. Now having to start over, but for some reason its meant to be for me not to use this firm.

I contacted Mr. Dingus, he agreed to take my case for $7,500.00, after paying Mr. Dingus, Mr. Dingus informed me that he was not the right attorney to handle my case, I asked for a refund so that I could hire the right attorney , or asked him to forward my money to one of his colleagues that was the right attorney. He informed me and my wife that he could not do that because he had a no refund clause in his contract. I filed a case against Mr. Dingus, case No; 23000141 in Bay County, I contacted Mr. Dingus to discuss a possible agreement that would result in me withdrawing that case. He agreed verbally, but wanted me to take down this review, I did so. He wanted me to withdraw my bar complaint, in settlement negotiations I sent a proposed letter of withdrawal of complaint, if we were to settle our differences. It appears now that his intention is to use the proposed letter, as evidence to try and have my case dismissed. I am prepared, I have the emails and text communication records. My complaint seems to be similar to others, there seems to be a pattern of deception. Please be aware, make all communications with Mr. Dingus in an email, or text, where you have evidence. Be very careful retaining this attorney. you can look at my case to see, all documents are there, not just online defamation, true provable statements.

Never answers calls.. secretary left. I only literally got a response if I said I had money to pay towards my case. Never knew my case and repeatedly asked who I was. I do not recommend.

Mr. Virga is easily one of the best attorneys in town. I found him through a law professor friend of mine who suggested to only find lawyers that are listed on superlawyers.com. I was in a really bad place in my divorce with my first attorney and then I called Mr. Virga. This man works around the clock for his clients. With all of his stellar accolades, I honestly didn’t expect someone with a calm and kind demeanor. Don’t let that fool you though, this guy is efficiently aggressive and exactly what I needed. I’ve been in a long custody battle with every kind of fight you can imagine in a divorce and I needed an attorney who could be 5 steps ahead. He really adds a personal layer of protection for the client and the children involved. I’m so glad my friend recommended him, I’ll recommend him to anyone. You will not regret choosing Mr. Virga, I’d recommend him to anyone.
