As for the process, Colin McMichen gave me a frank preliminary assessment of how my case was likely to play out. I was comfortable from the beginning of our attorney-client relationship, that I was able to have regular communications with him. He gave me easy instructions to follow. I was not rushed in anyway, he took time to ask questions and answer questions at the beginning to get to know me. He was very easy to talk with.
