Scott Byron, Security guard at Sunbird condominiums PCB helped my family and I gain access to our condo after accidentally locking ourselves out with our phones locked inside. He allowed us to use his personal phone to contact the landlord and offered my 6 y/o daughter and wife a refreshment to keep them calm as it was late and super hot all while continuing to do his job. If it wasn’t for Scott we would have been sleeping in the car for the night. But thanks to Scott we are safely back in the condo and couldn’t thank him more for the professionalism and service he provides to the residents at Sunbird.

Served the documents I sent in a timely and efficient manner. Reasonably priced as well!

Most garbage security company of all. They don’t even pay overtime, is that even legal ????? They basically hire ANYONE that’s willing to get ripped off for 9$ hour and still doesn’t pay overtime, what a joke !

My experience with the security officers that work for Mr. Lance was fine. Unfortunately the man in charge of this company is judge-mental, unkind, and lacks any type of people skill needed for this type of business. Most likely the reason he is struggling to keep business. So for the sake of his employees I hope they find new work soon because if not Mr. Lance will surely ruin their reputation as well as his own.

Dude cut me off on the interstate. Hope his security skills are better than his driving

After sharing my story of being harassed and threatened by one of their security guards I was told too bad...basically. No apologies. Instead I was told to not approach my own beach access(which is guarded by Lance). I was shocked and appalled by the lack of respect and customer service.
