Andrew Demos is a great mediator and problem solver. Andrew really helped kick start settlement negoations at the mediation for one of my clients. While the parties reached an impasse during mediation, we continued to discuss resolving the case several weeks thereafter based on some of the starting points discussed during mediation with Andrew's assistance.
