Attorney Carol Grant and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with. I lost my mother in May 2019 and had been named her Personal Representative in her will. Knowing that there were no outstanding creditors nor any conflicts between myself and my siblings, I tried handling the probate case on my own. After going through many hurdles including living out of state, I realized that this was not an option. I was going to use another attorney but under advisement of a very reliable source, I was told that Carol Grant would be the perfect attorney for my probate case. Indeed Carol was absolutely perfect and was a Godsend. She was upfront and transparent about everything and extremely responsive via phone and email. I believe that everything happens for a reason. In July 2020, I needed an emergency guardianship for my extremely ill mother to prevent her assets from being stolen, leaving her destitute. My mother has dementia and had no way to protect herself. Carol got up to speed on my situation quickly and I was granted temporary and then permanent Guardianship of my mother’s assets by a Florida judge during this pandemic. In this capacity, I was able to protect and use my mother’s assets to allow her to be well taken care of in assisted living where she has her own apartment, gets excellent care and seems to be very happy. Carol helped me save my mother’s life and I appreciate all her efforts on my and my mother’s behalf. I whole heartedly RECOMMEND Carol Grant to anyone in need of Guardianship legal guidance.

I hired Attorney Grant to complete my Living Will documents, she was very upfront and detailed with me. She gave me such great advise I had share her with my In-laws. Their response to me after consulting with her was, “THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! That attorney was very nice and informative.”

Made a mistake and had a paid consultation. Then she kept sending me advertisements to my house. I called her and asked to stop as my wife is a Spanish jealous women. But I am still getting same. Do not do business with her as she obviously does not respect the wishes of a possible client.
