I needed my divorce decree in a timely manner. Within a couple of days I had both, a scanned and emailed copy, and a copy mailed to me overnight. Maria and Gabriella were emphatic and attentive to my needs. I will be working with them in the future for a different matter.

Very good law firm but way too expensive

We highly recommend Roxy and her team at Cabanas Law Firm. They are experts in their field and were very attentive to the goals of my spouse and I. The whole staff was very nice. Roxy took the time to listen to our specific needs and made sound recommendations that helped us secure our family. We enjoyed working with everyone at Cabanas Law Firm.

The most TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ever; if you're seeking a better option, avoid this company. They charge exorbitantly and exploit you financially. If you're in search of an affordably and truthful attorney, this firm is definitely not the one. I turned to another lawyer and achieved the same, if not more, for 75% less than what this firm is demanding. Disregard the false reviews; those are individuals likely placed by the firm to please others. I am earnestly cautioning anyone out there – they extracted $5,800 from me in three weeks. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and talked to someone from accounting, they withdrew from my case without any explanation.

Please be aware of this fraudulent law firm!!. I don't recommend this Firm to absolutely No one!! Not even to the people that have “money”. I’m speaking from the bottom of my heart! I started with a consultation with Sergio that costed $350, I told him from the start that I can not afford to pay 8k-10k and he said "let’s not hope we get to mediation” might have been a “Red flag” looking back now. After that Consultation, the retainer cost me $3500. I couldn't believe how fast $3500 had evaporated on the first week, which is what they don’t tell you. The lady that has you signed the retainer does not break anything down to you.Believe me when I tell you that they will call you every 8-10 days after 5pm to replenish their account with your money. This law firm has left me with zero dollars in my account knowing how much I make weekly. I paid 13k and nothing got done. This is what Brian Prieto sent via email after we spoke about timesharing 2 months prior "We are currently trying to get a date set to have established timesharing. We will continue to diligently work on this and update you once we have a date. In the meantime, please update us with any changes or mother's antics. Thank you. Best regards, Brian Prieto, Esq. After I decided to withdraw them from my case (which they charged) they purposely did not send the motion of withdraw to the judge through the right channel “Court Maps”to then charge me again, at that point I only had $700 to then have $250. One thing for sure I was lied to and deceived. My experience with them has been by far the worst experience of my life. I honestly mean that. Week to week I made payments thinking it was for the right cause, you know for my daughter’s custody, but these crooks take advantage of that. And like another man said on his review “Don't be fooled by those fake 5 starts reviews”. "They even have those printed on the walls of their offices”
