I had a great experience dealing with Cabanas Law firm. Everything was clearly explained and detailed from the very first meeting. Thank you Jackie and Eliel for making final meeting to sign paperwork go quick and smooth.

I don't recommend this Firm to No one!! unless you want to waste 17k, just like I did. DONT DO IT! I started with a consultation with Sergio that costed $350. After that Consultation, the retainer cost me $3500 and after I paid, i never heard from him again. The only thing I got from him was links from his Youtube Account. By the time I was about to do my First and ONLY mediation, I had paid, 13k. and after the mediation, my pay was up to 17k. After that one and only MEDIATION, I had to leave the firm because I couldn't handle how much money they were taking out of me. Imagine having to pay this much on lawyer and still have to make it up for your own expenses. I left the firm in a worst position that I started. With my case still Running, no money to hire another lawyer because they took everything. I got myself into debts, owning money to friends and family just pay them. After I decided to withdraw them from my case, they had the audacity to wish me good luck. For some reason, I felt like they were pushing to go to court just to keep charging me more money and days after the withdrawal, I discovered that there was a counter offer that they never showed me. My experience with them felt like I just hired them to be called for more and more money every other week. Nothing else... Don't be fooled by those fake 5 starts reviews. They even have those printed on the walls of their offices. Fun fact, My still wife only had one Lawyer. She is on her mid 30s and she single handle destroyed a law firm that claims to have 17 years of experience. 17 years of experience taking clients money. Thats what I saw.

This firm lied to me so much about what they would be able to do for me (most importantly, that they could put custody agreements in a prenup). Then, 24hrs later, after paying $8k in a retainer based on the promises made be them, an actual lawyer from the firm spoke to me and clarified that a postnup could not include anything related to child custody. I then asked for a refund and they told me that they did not provide refunds, but that they could provide other services for me. Why would I want any services provided by such a shady practice? I just let them run out the money (charging me for misc random phone calls etc that all firms charge) but did not utilize them for anything of any importance. I hired another, more expensive, but more upfront and worth it firm instead. An expensive lesson learned. Run from these people!

One star does not even do this law firm justice. If there were negative stars they would receive -5 stars. They do not return calls, they do not defend clients, they do not fight for their clients and all they do is keep asking for more money! Maybe they should start posting the negative reviews and not all the fake positive ones!

Para mi ha sido una bendición llegar a esta firma de abogados, llegue con muchas preguntas y necesidades y la verdad, me voy feliz, alegre y con mucho agradecimientos por todas las personas que me ayudaron en mi proceso de Divorcio!!!!!! Sergio has been extremely helpful. He is passionate about his job, he communicates well, extremely knowledgeable and has good judgement. Hiring his firm was the best decision I have made and was worth every penny. I also give it to the rest of the staff for making me feel comfortable and always having a positive attitude. Sergio's firm has made a difference in my life and I will forever be grateful.

Mi experiencia con Cabanas Law fue increíble! cuando yo estaba pasando por un mal momento por causa de mi divorció, ellos me ayudaron y me dieron todas las soluciones necesarias y oportunas, el abogado Sergio Cabañas y su equipo legal se encargaron de hacerme sentir segura y acompañada en cada paso. Los recomiendo una y mil veces. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Eliel chong ( parte del equipo de cabañas Law ) por ser siempre tan diligente y responder a todas mis preguntas. Finalmente diré que lo que yo pense que sería una pesadilla resulto siendo un tramite pacifico y justo, ya que cabanas Law se encargo de hacer valer todos mis derechos. Horrible apariencia Para mí Opinión Me senté estafado Perdí casi 25 Mill dólares y a la hora de la corte 2 meses antes en pesaron a decir que era 6 Mill Y Después subieron 8 Mill Y por no tener el dinero Dejar un mi caso .Con sólo mover los papeles de tu caso de un lado al otro cobran dinero No se lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo la experiencia más horrible q vivido en mi vida
