In early 2020, my 82 year old wife was injured while touring a Granite Supply display lot. A 300 + pound slab of granite which had been improperly stored fell on her left foot breaking three bones. The sales people and business owners showed very little concern and were virtually no help. They did not even offer to call an ambulance. The injury was very slow healing and put a great deal of stress on our family. I contacted three law firms with our problem. The two big ones who always have lots of advertising showed NO interest. Tom Ueberschaer was different. Tom took a very calm and understanding approach. The case was pretty clear cut and I think would have played well in front of a jury. Tom was more than willing to take it to court and was prepared to do so but was able to settle in early 2022 for a very fair amount; an amount which my wife and I thought was consistant with what we would have gotten in court but much quicker. I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Tom to any of my friends and associates. He did a great job.

Been working with Tom for my husband's workers comp case, and his disability while it is moving slow, it's no fault on Tom. He always returns our calls and emails in a timely manner. He has listened to our concerns and went out of his way to help us stay afloat during all of this. I have never had to deal with something of this nature and Tom has walked us through the process. We truly appreciate the help and understanding of Tom and his whole crew with this mess.

i would personally like to thank Thomas J. Ueberschaer , Attorneys & Counselors at Law for representing me in my disability case. I came to this law firm after being denied twice from the social security administration.They brought me in for a free consultation, reviewed the facts of my physical and mental injuries, which stemmed from a work related accident. They quickly took my case, which was under a contingency basis and started working hard to resolve my issue . In a matter of months, i received a hearing in front of a judge and was ruled in favor from her findings. I cant thank Mr.. Ueberschaer , the other attorney, Eric P. Sventek who was actually the one representing me in front of the judge enough, and of course the legal assistant Dorian K. Krause for their long hours of work to resolve my issue and give me back some of my livelihood.
