Joseph W.C. Boyles handled a complicated probate matter for our family member who died with no will. Our relative had assets in the state of Florida as well as out of state. As we, the surviving family members, live outside the state of Florida, we had to do much of it remotely and by emails. The entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. Joseph helped us secure probate assistance in Alabama and Louisiana, the other states in which our family member held assets. We appreciate Joseph's firm's services even more given that the process was likely made more difficult due to the corona virus pandemic. We are very pleased and highly recommend his firm.

Joseph and his supporting staff helped my family through very challenging and evolving circumstances when it became evident that a family member in Pensacola urgently required adult guardianship and then eventually passed away, with property in three states and no will in place. We live several hundred miles away and despite the distance, Joseph guided us through the process with compassion and utmost integrity (and also facilitated our securing additional and excellent probate assistance outside of Florida where necessary, and then worked seamlessly with those attorneys on our behalf).
