I had never accused anyone of wrongdoings but the insurance company stated I did not do enough to avoid this accident. It really took me for a loop because I had not been in any accident for almost 20 years. The other driver was at fault and received ticket I thought it was a clear cut situation but not true because we both used the same insurance company they made me pay deductible for my truck repair. I brought this to Mr. Gross for assist . He assured me the driver had impeded my ability to drive safely. Also he was clear on how long it would take to recover damages and to be patient. This driver could have taken my life and my wife . Mr. Gross got everything possible . I really appreciate his straight forwardness and I'm very thankful he is local . If you are in a accident and it's not your fault see him not the insurance company.
