WORST decision to hire Shimek & his UNEDUCATED staff ! They did not contact me ONE time during the 8 Months of hire plus could not answer my questions when I called them ; before they withdrew from my case with no explanation - leaving me with $20,000 out of pocket medical bills !!!! Shimek said “He wishes he could wave his magic wand to fix his miscommunication” .. Ruined my credit ! I wouldn’t trust them again with ANYTHING

I highly recommend Mr. Shimek and his staff. Everyone in the office was very professional, personable, & handled everything in a timely manner. Mr. Shimek took the time out to ensure I understood everything in order to make the best decisions regarding my case. My case was settled and I can definitely say, they turned a headache into a peaceful ordeal!

We had a car accident in which my wife was severely injured. While in the hospital the other drivers insurance company started calling and trying to settle immediately. At the time we were still in shock and didn’t know what to do. We knew Artie and his wife through their extensive public service and contacted him for advice. He met with us and handled everything. We never received another call from the insurance company and he consistently kept us informed and was able to settle our case satisfactorily.
