I would like to thank Mr. Burtt for accepting my case when my son and I were in a serious car accident. Mr. Burtt explained every step in the process of getting both insurance companies to do what was right by my son and I. Mr. Burtt was very professional, friendly and curtious through out the handling of our case. Our case was processed in a timely manner and didn't take long at all from start to finish. Michael handled everything for me. He personally walked me through each step and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Michael went out of his way to ensure that I had the rental car longer and he me set up with a doctor, while he was dealing with my insurance company. I am eternally grateful for everything he did. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I would highly recommend Mr. Burtt for his excellent service and expertise.

My daughter and I were in an automobile accident and I knew he was only a few blocks away from where I work I went to visit him and right away he started helping me understand my rights to file claims and he set up appointments for us to get the medical attention we needed I didn't know where to begin because I wasnt from Florida he was so good to us and he took away the stress and handled every detail for me. Michael Burtt is the best. Dealing with insurance companies can be nerve-racking. When you are coping with an injury on top of all it can become overwhelming. I contacted Michael Burtt and they took care of everything. I would not have kept my sanity without him. He kept me up to date and eased my anxiety. I fell at a local restaurant - suffered pretty serious injuries and was off of work for a good bit. Attorney for the restaurant was trying to bully me - that did not happen. Mr. Burtt is who you need in your corner - period. That is the way to get things done. Thanks Mr. Burtt!!!!!!
