I’ve known Randy for years and every time I’ve had to use his services, he has gone above and beyond in the courtroom. He does things other lawyers would most likely tell you cannot be done. I cannot say enough good things about him. I highly recommend him for your legal problems.

Hiring Mr. Etheridge is the best decision that I made in my case. He is very knowledgeable of criminal law in Florida and treated me with compassion and respect in my unique situation as well. I reached out to Mr Randy when I got into some trouble for driving and was facing a pretty lengthy punishment. After we started working together he helped me out a lot getting my charges reduced and helping me with my future. Mr Randy is one of the best defense lawyers in the world if you ask me , everything was against me . They amended my charges to give me more points and try to send me to state prision. The state also had my recording thrown out saying it was hearsay , the state kicked out my legal medical records saying it could not be authenticated . Mr Randy looked over at me in the middle of trial and said do you see how hard my job is ? There were three state attorneys and the judge against me but I had Mr Randy . I thought I was going to prision but with his wisdom, wit and experience , Mr Randy secured me a not guilty verdict . I had my family ,business and freedom to lose . I love Mr Randy like he’s apart of my family his opening speech ,cross examining and closing argument is unmatched . I would recommend anybody whose facing criminal charges to hire Mr Randy - money well spent

I watched my son literally suffer for almost three years on a case that at the time was over five years old. Loosing job after job, home after home, because of an open case pending conviction he lost so much faith due to Florida laws put in place for victims of sexual battery for true criminals. Then we ran into a person in our lives who made a difference..who saw his innocence like we did when no one else would fight for him. Randy answered our call in aiding our son to prove he was falsely accused. It was an extremely long road and when we thought he had stopped trying he had just approached things from a different angle making sure he won. Motions were filed and he helped my son be as comfortable as possible while reporting to PTR over every week for almost three years. Every phone call and email from us as parents he was quick to answer calming us making sure we knew he had our sons interest at heart. He fought and fought hard against all objections for two days of trail and at every turn he came back stronger. There was no truth behind the accusations and because of Randy the jury saw it and the verdict of “Not Guilty” brought a huge peace to my family to my son who can finally move forward in his life. I Thank God for using Randy to defend my sons right to a fair trial.

I have to say i hired this man over the phone before I ever meet him.. He was great. The D.A was nothing nice but he did everything he could to get me back home on a VOP. I was suppose to go down the road but I had a great lawyer, no matter what people say or thank about this man he won't take your money unless he is for sure he can win. He told me it's totally up to the judge on my case and he was right... If I ever need him again I'd spend 20,000 if I had to he is a very blunt man. He also gets what he wants I've seen it.
