Only wanted to help the slumlord

I chose this office to help my family settle my grandfather’s estate. Our paralegal, April, excelled in communication. She took note of our family concerns and ensured they were addressed throughout the process. Our attorney, Ms. Beard, handled the case with great detail. Since the paperwork was done correctly, the judge was able to sign the necessary orders in a timely manner. We could not be more satisfied.

We could not have found a more informed and attentive lawyer than Attorney Jay Fraiser and his assistant, Amanda Chapman, for the revitalization of our inactive Homeowners Association. Jay’s knowledge of current real estate laws made it possible to first reinstate our forty-year-old HOA with the State of Florida and Escambia County.
