Our first paralegal and assistant were great. They communicated, planned calls so we could touch base around work schedules, stayed up to date on our care and the case, provided step by step what to expect and gave lots of feedback. Once our case went to court, however, the court team has been awful. Poor communication, has only hassled us since closing our case to sign over winnings but never returned calls about court paperwork, dates, bills, etc. I was told M and M would coordinate with our healthcare providers in regards to billing but in the eight months my case took my bills have gone to collections and they settled on an amount below previously discussed in court without my knowledge or agreement. At this point, I would never recommend them to my future patients or friends unless other options are not available.
