If you are looking for a VA Disability lawyer, do not contact Morgan and Morgan. I submitted an inquiry to get help to appeal the VA decision letter after waiting for 8 years. I made the inquiry on a Monday and by Wednesday all I got from Morgan and Morgan is they did not want to take case, mind you the only information they requested was the VA letter and my DD214. Not once did a lawyer contact me. When I call to get a reason, the only thing they say is the cant represent me and not give me a reason. I was hit by an IED and have been getting worse over the years, both physically and mentally. They wont even let you speak to an attorney or someone equivalent to help you better understand why they wont take the case.

Honestly they can do better I’ve been out of work since my accident not only that I haven’t got no updates about my case everyone is to busy to even have a conversation. Really makes you feel like your not important at all it’s really sad.

They are the most crooked people I’ve ever had the misfortune of using!!!!! DO NOT use them!!!! My lawyer is an amazing person but the firm is TERRIBLE 😡. Signed not one contract BUT two contracts with my signature and the lawyers signature and after almost a year get a check for almost 5,000 dollars less 😳😳. Can’t get the accounting department to pay the rest and I have to send paperwork to prove that I owe no money to anyone and still can’t get my money.!!!! My lawyer has done everything he can to help me with NO HELP from the firm !!! Imagine this…. A law firm that you sign binding contracts with AND they break the rules, contract…. Something very wrong with this picture. I have spent days and weeks looking for someone to help me and I have finally found another law firm to help me get paid from the one that was supposed to be “ For the people “ … they sure have made billions from their clients… NOT FOR THEIR CLIENTS!!!! Hope Morgan and Morgan can sleep well tonight because their clients sure aren’t 👎👎👎. Once again my lawyer is a wonderful man… the firm are crooks 💯💯💯💯 You asked me and I avoided these surveys… well now I’m not… I’m telling the truth and the whole truth…. Absolutely pathetic what you do to people who are already suffering from pain and they have to go through this… the only part of your firm that is not suffering is you !!! because your clients sure are !!! Absolutely pathetic law firm 💯💯💯💯💯. The one star ⭐️ is for my lawyer NOT the firm … I would have gave them a minus 10 star rating!!!!
