I would give them a 0 if I could!!!! Case, has been settled for so many months now and yet, I still have not received a closing statement or a check can’t get a hold of anybody now that my case is settled, and when I actually do, I was told a month ago that it was going to closing only to call back multiple times later to finally get a message back to be told that it was just now going to closing a month later they can’t get their story straight. They’ve had their money from my settlement for 3 to 4 months now don’t even know if I will ever get my money. Do not know how to pursue it because there’s no local office for me to go to to even complain to somebody Every time I try to call I can’t talk to my case management. I don’t know what to do at this point, but my best advice is to you is stay local stay with a local attorney stay with somebody where you have an office you physically can walk into because this is the most disgusting experience I have ever had with any law firms before ! At this point the only thing I can do is report them to the Better Business Bureau’!

Poor communication

I’ve only talked to someone about three times. That’s as far as my case has gone so far.

Very quick response time and great communication. But no results. It appears they lost their interest.

This so called firm didn’t want to give my case the time of day. Don’t waste your time with them. You say you’re “for the people” but aren’t willing to help. All lies!!!!!!!!!!
