I was injured by an employee at an establishment; I have witnesses, proof, and documentation; but because my case wouldn't bring thousands and thousands of dollars they decided it wasn't worth their time that I would only see a couple thousand and it would take a couple months then they decided not to move ahead with my case since it was not worth their time.

I called them never heard back from them.

I called in and talked to a lady and told her I was going into the office in Pensacola to discuss my matter. I go in and the lady at the desk told me they don't do in person consulting. Wasted my time, I called another attorney and they are taking care of everything. M&M might be too big

If it seems too good to be true it usually is.40/60 was the going rate for a recent class action law suit I was thinking of joining. Beware of additional investigative costs that could impact the (60%)amount of your recovery mentioned in the Disclosure and Consent doc.

COULD Do Better. I Liked The Company When They Were Small, 2 Office's. At Least You Knew They(John Or Son's)Would Actually Be Meeting Or Talking To You. It Seems More Business Wise Now Then FOR THE PEOPLE.

I wish I could leave a zero star! I hate I refered my fiancé to these people! He was in a car accident in May 2022, long story short they have a check but not releasing it! We’re nearly homeless, no money at all! I’m doing the best I can to help! While injured, he has to work side jobs just to get by! During the process of getting the claim, this lawyer firm was always sending emails and answering the phones! Since they have the check, phone calls stop, no emails and no one would come out to talk to us when we come there! I mean, who was in the accident, them or my fiancée .. He even tried to borrow so we can have shelter, they never respond! I wouldn’t recommend this firm at all! We’re contacting the Florida Bar shortly because this is one unprofessional law firm !!! This been going on since May, check was sent to them in August 2022! No response at all! And please Don’t respond your sorry to hear this, we’re not buying that😡

Trying to get information on disability benefits and process. First person I spoke to, spent 40 mins answering questions then got disconnected. He returned call quickly and we continued for another 15 mins, got disconnected again. Never called back. So I called the number again…spoke to another agent to gather all my information, had to backtrack and go through my medical history again and list of doctors and list of all my medications…..things I had already gone through with first person. I was extremely patient about the situation…the gentleman kept apologizing. Then we got disconnected AGAIN! No call back, nothing!! Done. Obviously not interested in helping me nor do I want your representation if this is your treatment from beginning! Thanks but no thanks!

I submitted my information online and then started getting automated calls but when I promptly answered, got a hang up. Clearly, since they’d have my information in front of them, they didn’t want to be bothered with it. Finally, a voice mail got left and when I returned the call I actually spoke with someone - and after telling her about the other calls and hang ups, she took additional information. At least she made a token effort. I’m certain my case isn’t big enough for them and it will go no where. If this is how it’s starting out, that’s a very bad sign. PEOPLE - BE ADULTS. IF YOU DON’T WANT TO HANDLE IT, SAY THAT. STOP PLAYING GAMES.

Damian Zimmerman was my lawyer And his nasty rude disgusting case manager LISA CLARK is the case manager I would not recommend Morgan and Morgan Pensacola office they are very rude they never on the same page concerning your case NEVER give accurate information takes too long to give any updates and when they do give a update it’s false information! Lisa will have a attitude whenever you give her a call concerning your case she’s always having a bad day Damian NEVER know what’s going on they both need to be removed from the office

They said they would take my sons case and we have yet to hear from them back. We have reached to tell them more disturbing details of our case just again to be ignored. If you actually want to be heard. Morgan and Morgan do not respond or get back to you. It’s a sham.

I will never deal with these unprofessional exploitative ambulance chasers again. I dealt with department after department for months just getting passed around from person to person. I repeatedly asked to speak to an attorney and never got one on the phone even once. People are treated like a commodity on an assembly line just to be exploited. When I asked questions or tried to complain or asked for an attorney I was met with obstinate rude behavior. Stay away from Morgan and Morgan they will only exploit you for money and do not care about their clients at all!
