The the Watson firm is the best firm that I have ever work with the faith that they have in the clients they really true listen they're there for you every step of the way they help you get the right people to help you in your situation they check on you making sure you're doing well if anyone is hurt injured in any way this is the firm that you need to go to I love it because it's faith-based they put God first you second and everything else lasts I love the Watson.

Ms.Thompson Ms.Waters and Ms.Armstrong were amazing and went beyond their measures to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend. Thanks ladies

I really enjoy speaking with Miss Wendy . Today she call with another undate .Miss Wendy is wonderful with keep me in touch about my case . And the fact the she help me understand that lawyer talk is awesome. When Im not understand. And don't be Surprise if you get undated on Sunday from her . IT'S like she working 7 days aweek.

I called this firm over a month ago to see if i had a potential case. I talked Wendy for about 20-30 min. She said she would pass the info to Mr. Watson but she wasn't sure basically if it was really worth it. She even told me that it cost alot of money for the type of claim i was referring to. So when i called to get update 3 weeks later the young lady didnt see where i had called. So i was placed on hold on for another lady to say Mrs.Oliver here is the number to another attorney and im sorry about that. I wasnt given a reason as to why or even if Mr Watson even said anything regarding my potential case. Just my OPINION this was very unprofessional especially when i had to relive the event. Only for my info to be treated as nothing. After this review i was contacted by the firm to address my concerns. I will say i was angry at first but after the conversation everything was worked out. I really do appreciate it. That speaks volumes about The Watson Firm. Therefore i haved changed my rating to 5 stars.

They are very professional and take time to listen to see what your problem is. They don't rush you off of the phone the customer service is outstanding!!!
