I would highly recommend The Watson Firm above ALL others in the Pensacola area!! I came to the Watson Firm after being dissatisfied with the service I received from a larger national firm. I was in a bad car accident resulting in numerous physical / mental injuries, including a traumatic brain injury (TBI). From the moment I first spoke with the staff at Watson, I knew I had made the right decision in switching attorneys. The Watson team, specifically Case Mgr Renee Hidalgo and Attorney Ashley Armstrong, have never once made me feel like I was a burden or interruption in their day (unlike the previous attorneys office). Renee, in particular, has always been extremely kind, patient, and empathetic to me and my situation - and made sure to explain everything in a way I could also easily understand it - and her positivity and encouragement were often times the brightest parts of my darker days. This meant the world to me, especially as someone with a TBI who struggles with processing information now. And in case you’ve read this far and aren’t already impressed enough with this firm yet… because of their attention to detail, the Watson team even found an additional $20k of coverage that the previous attorney had missed!!! AND they had my claim submitted and approved by the insurance company in less than half the time of the initial firm!! I sincerely appreciate the level of care and attention taken towards me and my case… they truly do live up to their reputation and deliver on their promises. My only regret is not hiring the Watson Firm from the beginning… but you can bet they’ll definitely be the only ones I’ll hire in the future!
