I was in an accident and sustained an injury that resulted to having surgery. It was beyond a really difficult time in my life during that time. I had never experienced an accident like that before let alone enduring a broken bone that surgery was my only option to be able to walk and progress back to getting my life somewhat back to normal. Throughout the entire process Mr. Watson was always very upfront and honest. I always felt that he did sincerely care about my situation..For example if we had a meeting he always asked if I was ok and feeling up for it due to the pain I was in or having at the time.
