When contacting them regarding the account for my husband and I their prior correspondence of payment being dispersed to be received by mail no later than the end of November (underlined in their letter mind you), nothing was ever received 10 days into December. Called to notify them, to which they refused to divulge information by phone, I asked to please have the letter re-sent by mail then. They stated no. So, if someone doesn't receive promised correspondence via mail as PROMISED, you try to call to notify, and they REFUSE to take any action it's absolutely negligent. I tried asking how they can do that because I'm only asking to re-receive whatever they supposedly sent already. Nicole HUNG UP ON ME and when I immediately called back, no one will pick up the phone line?! TERRIBLE. Update: Them replying that they do not show us as a client is incorrect seeing as I have correspondence regarding the hernia mesh case for my FIL with their contact information, letterhead, etc. regarding his case. Clearly, continuing negligence in the response given.

All I'm going to say is, this law firm is greedy. They won't work with clients even in extenuating circumstances. They also went ahead and did something, and it wasn't until months later they told me and I found out they did it then they billed me for it. Never worked with a law firm that was like this.
