In 2018 our house at Mexico Beach was substantially damaged by Hurricane Michael. The original settlement offer from the insurance company did not come close to covering the damage from the storm. We were referred by a friend to the law firm Taylor, Warren, Weidner & Hancock, PA, and could not have been happier with the referral. We worked primarily with Mr. Weidner who was quick to assess our claim and the damages. He kept us informed every step of the way, returned calls and emails promptly and thoroughly explained processes. The firm has excellent professional subject matter experts available for assessments and evaluations to substantiate claims. Mr. Weidner prepped us for deposition, and he and Mr. Warren presented our case and gave us solid legal advice during mediation. We came to a fair settlement in 2020, and these attorneys were worth every penny they earned. This is a small law firm in Pensacola that knows north Florida counties and understands the frustrations of hurricane claims. The attorneys also have significant experience representing clients in hurricane and other insurance claims throughout Florida. You will not get better representation in a claim against an insurance company, and we highly recommend this firm.

We got Mr. Warren’s name and phone number from my parents who already contacted Mr. Warren to help with their hurricane claim that had turned into a nightmare! My parents said, “Mr. Warren made them feel like their nightmare would come to an end after the first phone call with him.” They were not joking! After the first phone call with Mr. Warren my husband and I felt like the heaviest weight (our battle with insurance over our hurricane Michael claim) had been lifted off of us! This Law Office was outstanding! They took the time to explain the process, put the information in layman's terms, asked me what I wanted to accomplish and gave me their professional advice without treating me as a number or an imbecile. I was very comfortable with them and enjoyed working with them. If ever I need legal assistance again I will not hesitate to go back to them and would recommend them to friends, and I will not recommend just anyone to my friends because my reputation hangs in the balance as well. Following a fire and water damage in a high rise condo, our insurance company decided our claim for repairs wasn't justified. When they stopped even talking to me, I found Phillip Warren and explained the dilemma and he took the case. Phillip handled 100% of the necessary legwork (depositions, etc.), and eventually won the case for us. He was extremely professional, and more importantly, didn't ever talk to my wife and me in legalese and professional jargon -- all plain English! Every step of the way -- it took a year due to delays in the process because of COVID -- Phillip kept us fully up to date regarding what he was doing on our behalf. Honestly, it was NOT a huge settlement for us, but Phillip and his team treated it like it was a worth a zillion dollars. This team has tremendous expertise in dealing with insurance companies, and I couldn't recommend them more highly!

The Taylor, Warren, Weidner and Hancock PA firm have represented my family in several cases. My Daddy and I first met Ms. Stephanie in the 1990s, and she was so professional, and empathetic to my Dad and his illness. Stephanie helped him so much, and put his mind at ease. Most of all, she won his case back then. We hired her 2 more times, and she won all of our cases too; ( total 4). Stephanie has a big heart and a smile that sets your mind at ease. We really appreciate this firm, the office staff, the great links they go to for helping people and ensuring you are comfie in their office while you wait too. My husband and I were so outdone with an insurance company we were dealing with, and decided that enough is enough is enough. This review is long overdue, my apologies to Stephanie Taylor and the entire team for taking so long! Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful while handling my case. I highly recommend Stephanie Taylor and TWW if you need assistance with a complicated Social Security case or any other case they are able to handle, you definitely need to go see Stephanie Taylor, they will steer you in the right direction. When I became overwhelmed, I began looking for assistance and contacted several local attorneys, however, due to the complicated nature of my case, I was referred to TWW by two other local attorneys. I had my initial appt with Stephanie and felt very comfortable speaking with her. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and down to earth the staff was always professional. This was a long and very complicated process as well as frustrating for everyone involved but we thankfully prevailed and a weight was lifted. Thanks so much to everyone at TWW! Stephanie and her team recently helped me with a legal issue that I knew was going to be difficult from the start. These folks know what they're doing and I know what I'm talking about! Having to sue anyone is not fun, but having to sue an employer is the worst. Keith Weidner (and his staff) made the process stress-free and quick. I was raised by an attorney so I understand a bit and I was very, very pleased.
