Tom is a very good man and shows respect for his clients. He was literally a God send to me.

I’m in the process of filing a bar complaint against him now. He knowingly submitted false information to the court. He was my ex wife’s lawyer which worked out for me because he made several incorrect statements that blew up in his face in court. He just does not do the work necessary to be an effective lawyer but tries to get by with unprofessional antics.

I absolutely love the dedication and professionalism of Mr. Mcguire. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions with care. I would recommend him to everyone needing a caring and great attorney.

My cousin and I had the best legal experience with Thomas McGuire. My cousin had an emergency situation with a VP charge and was sent to jail. I live out of town, so another attorney referred Mr. McGuire. I left a message and within 10 min., Mr. Guire called and by the end of the day, he was arranging to bring the court date from a 1.5 months to a week. He visited my cousin the next morning and kept us updated throughout the journey to the court date. He was early to court and transparent with us the entire journey of this horrific event. He was able to take care of VP charge. This man is a genuine person and he makes you feel that you are his only client. If he was a doctor, this action would be called an excellent bedside manner. He was very honest and truthful with good or bad news. He comforted us in a serious situation and lived by what he said he was going to do. As stressful as this situation was, we felt "grace"....he was the reason.

I personally hired Tom Mcquire for a case I had in Pensacola where I believed myself to be innocent of the charge against me. Tom immediately got to work on my case and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. He is a very informative man with a lot of knowledge of the law. He went above and beyond in my case which ended with the charge being completely dismissed. He is very easy to get ahold of and always responds promptly. I highly recommend choosing this law firm if you’re in need of a lawyer that will truly have your back and take the time to listen and assess every detail of your matter. This definitely is the man for the job. He is truly willing to do what it takes to make sure that the outcome is the most righteous one for his clients from my experience. Mr. Mcquire is compassionate when it comes to his clients, he treated me more like a friend than a client and was up front in speaking to me. He visited often, asked how I was and kept me encouraged, he believed in me and new I was not the horrible person I was made to sound like I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. I was falsely charged with aggravated child abuse by a foster child who sabotaged his placement with me by making false charges. DCF picked up the charges without investigating, lied in court & new the child was lying but did nothing to build the child up or help us. I was facing many yrs in prison because I loved and cared to much and I still do as many person should. Our doctors, friends, neighbors and church family never seen abuse and even stood on my behave but DCF isn't who their supposed to be. Mr McGuire fought hard to get medical records which exonerated me, hired an expert who exonerated me and deposed the nurses and investigators and showed how they failed to investigate. Then on the eve of trial, the prosecutor drop all charges except a minor one with time served. Everyone knows foster children will try to sabotage their placement- most come with a lot of hatred and trauma built up... As of now I know other foster parents who are having the same struggles as I faced and they was not given full details of what the child has faced or their behaviors. We did all we could to help but this child who we loved and still do new how to play the game, this child did the same to the biological mom and grand parent and great grandparents but DcF never discussed. I've became friends with some of the good caseworkers who gave up on their jobs because of the corrupt inside who just simply don't care! It's sad that we can't love unconditionally because somewhere someone taught a child hatred and the state is all about politics, money and getting their name known. I Appreciate and can't say enough about my attorney and I recommend him to anyone facing a challenge in life. He is more than a attorney He is a man who is loyal and caring and will fight to win no matter what.
