While she was with Whibbs & Stone, she handled SSDI & SSI cases. She never checked her secretary's work. I wasn't automatically sent copies of any of her work product. I was just told, "It takes time." I needed a copy of my appeal which her secretary gave me. Apparently, she used precious work product as forms to make the work easier. I found part way through my claim sent to the Appeals Court that I had suddenly become an older man with problems. She said she would take care of it. Within 2 weeks I received a denial from the Appeal Court, and she dropped my case like a hot potato. After my paperwork was reviewed by two other firms, I was informed that she was incompetent and had given more info than was necessary. Her sloppy "form" habits didn't help. Since there were many mistakes made, I was unable to get additional representation elsewhere. Her inept represention caused serious depression and anxiety. Maybe she learned more. I would never use her to clean my home, let alone represent me in court. I am glad so many of you feel you got good results. I didn't file a complaint. I couldn't think of her or my case for a long time. I juat didn't work. I kept going into a deep depression.

I wish I had read the other reviews before I considered this person. This "lady" lacks all morals. Any "professional" in her field should know not to cross the line and seek out relationships with married and divorcing men. Worse even she preys on them. Hideous inside and out. No amount of basic legal knowledge could replace immorality and poor judgement.

Jill Warren was recommended to me by Tiffany Woodward. At first she was amazing, I fell for her enthusiasm, her determination and just enough slink to handle my complicated divorce. However her skulls were very short term. She was a very good show. Became more impressed with the opposing attorneys flirting with her. Was terrified to take my case to trial because she openly admired she was intimidated by the new judge. She ruined my life. My ex husband didn’t have too. Jill Warren’s lack of professionalism, knowledge and promises destroyed me. She made promises: a investigation into finances, witnesses, etc. I do not see how she sleeps at night. Do not fall for her initial service and promises, she is the worse mistake of my life. The law is definitely not 50-50 when Jill represents you…she destroys your case. 33 year marriage!! All I got was his debt and Jill’s bill!

BEWARE ZERO STARS ISN'T AN OPTION AND JILL SHOULDN'T BE EITHER! First if you are considering Jill RECONSIDER! As others have stated when you first interact with Jill she is very nice and answers all of your calls. Once she receives your retainer it all changes. She stops answering the phone entirely. She stops responding to emails. All of a sudden the person who was so available is no longer available. Do yourself a favor and try another lawyer!!!

Would I hire Jill again or recommend her to anyone? No. Pros Jill did not take legal action or make legal decisions based on emotions. Jill focused on being fair and logical in every legal action and decision regarding my case. Cons Jill and her office missed the mark on three separate occasions in areas of communication and professionalism. The final straw involved Jill: 1. missing a deadline for a request for production from the other party’s attorney 3. not filing documents when she said she would 4. not responding to communications or following up regarding my case for the above listed items I provided Jill with the documents she needed well in advance of the deadline she requested of me and well in advance of the legal deadline. She gave no inclination that she was not going to be able to make the deadline. I attempted several times throughout the month to contact her to ensure she would file the documents and meet the deadline but she ultimately did not. She did not apologize about missing the deadline and did not give any explanation why she missed the deadline. On top of all that, she was unprofessional when addressing a billing discrepancy. As a consumer, when you pay (a lot and on time) for a service you have certain expectations. Jill missed the mark on a lot but I appreciate her work with my case.

I was referred to Jill by a person who spoke very highly of her .I could not have been more pleased. She always answerd all of my questions and made the whole process a lot less stressful.In the end we had a very favorable outcome.I give her 5 stars any time !

Jill Warren is a brilliant lawyer. Our family has hired her on several complex family court cases and she was successful in every situation. Her dedication to our cases has allowed our family time together and our children have the opportunity to grow up together. She fought for our family and will fight for yours. I have hired Jill on three separate cases involving child custody. Each time she not only won the cases but slammed dunked them. Jill was very thorough in every aspect of the case. She did her homework and made difficult cases very easy to win. Each of these case were complex and extremely challenging. On each occasion she made her counterpart look unprepared. I would highly recommend her for any cases she is qualified to handle, especially cases involving children and the custody of children. Jill and her staff could not have been nicer. Jill and her staff were very professional with me and my family. They answered every question we had. She truly cared about our cases, and it showed in her presentation each time. She's a great lawyer.

Ms. Warren was a wonderful resource during my divorce case. I felt informed and feel like she walked me through the entire process. Her office was great at helping me keep track of deadlines and responding to questions the very same day. She was especially great at helping me understand complicated financial matters. When we went to court or depositions, she was on point with what to expect from the judge and the other attorney. I never felt surprised or overwhelmed. I would highly recommend her.

I hired Jill as my attorney in a somewhat high conflict custody battle that I was involved in. It even required her to travel to Apalachicola, FL and Tallahassee, FL. She was always prepared and had great insight. I appreciated her wonderful attitude. I live in TN and searched diligently for a worthy advocate in my FL custody battle after my attorney in Tallahassee proved to be totally worthless. Although I did not finish my custody battle due to the mother of my child moving to TN I feel confident in saying I believe Jill Warren would have fought for the best possible outcome for me. Now custody issues are appearing on the horizon for me once again.......unfortunately the battle will be here in TN and I won't be able to use Jill. Don't hesitate to use this attorney for family law. I found her to be the absolute best! Thanks Jill Warren for your efforts!

Jill was my lawyer during my divorce and I couldn't be happier with the results.
