I am one of those who did not want to hire an attorney. A family member talked me into talking to Joe Zarzaur because she knew him. I'm really glad that I did. He knows the law and that with the chronic pain I was in due to someone else's neglectful driving I was initialed to compensation. He knows how to handle the other attorneys and mediators so that he can take care of his client. I hope I never have to hire an attorney again, but if I do it will be Joe Zarzaur and his legal team.

I rarely write a review but I felt a need to in case it might help anyone who is seeking the most professional and compassionate lawyer and team in Pensacola. Joe and his team are exactly what you need in an injury case. I really don’t know what my husband and I would have done without Joe’s knowledge, guidance, honesty and support. Joe and his team was ALWAYS there to help me. I always felt I was the most important client when I was meeting with Joe. His team is also attentive and extremely kind which is a valuable virtue especially going through a difficult time. Joe was able to get the maximum results for me which I know came from his expertise and hard work! Forever Grateful!

Relatively speaking, my case was rather small. I wanted to mention that up front to emphasize that I was never treated like my case was small or unimportant. I was always treated with the respect and dignity one might only hope for, from first meeting until last, whether in person, over the phone, or in emails. Joe is my hero! He won my case, obtaining maximum payout under the law, without having to go to court (ideal results). His hard working staff never failed to keep me informed and were quick to get me answers to my many questions. To my delight, they took on the burden of handling all of the forms required by Medicare, Tricare and two insurance companies, plus the doctors and hospital billing. This alone made the lawsuit worthwhile to me. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention another HERo from Zarzaur Law... Ella! She totally went out of her way to hand-deliver a check to me, just in time for me to make it to the bank before the new “Stay-at-Home” order from the governor went into effect. Thank you so much Ella! So, my advice to anyone reading this and researching which lawyer to choose: Don’t hire Joe and his team unless you want the best team on your side for what it would cost you to hire the worst.
